It’s private and intimate! It’s light and airy and there’s nothing intimidating about it. Here you get a workout tailored to your individual needs. There are only ever 3 or 4 people training at the same time. You immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. A workout with weights and machines can be daunting but Harley is there every step of the way encouraging you and pushing you to your limit. Don’t procrastinate anymore- just go! You will feel amazing within weeks!

Sam Healy I had an amazing experience at Silvermere Softplay! Its the perfect place for kids to burn off some energy while having tons of fun. The play area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide range of activities that cater to kids of all ages. My little one loved the climbing structures, slides, and ball pit — they had so much fun and didn’t want to leave! The staff were friendly and helpful, always on hand to ensure everything was safe and running smoothly. The café also deserves a shout-out, offering a great selection of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone with young children. Silvermere Softplay is a fantastic family-friendly destination!

Charlotte Larner I’ve always wanted to try this kind of Pilates and after one session with such a great instructors , calming environment and quality equipment I’m addicted , cannot wait to come back , I have already got my next session booked in . I must say affordable compared to other places !
