Dennis Pym Having just completed my seventh week with Mark, Laura and Verity and not having been to a gym for some years it’s been a great experience. They are a super team, helpful, encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. Each session is varied and I feel much fitter already. I recommend these guys without reservation.

Lyndsey Graham This class has been brilliant, the teacher really allows you to adapt things to a level you’re comfortable with whilst also challenging you to push yourself more. All the exercises can be changed depending on your individual abilities which is really rare to find in a class environment. The class itself is super friendly and informal and allows you to feel comfortable as a beginner and I love how each exercise is explained in detail as to the benefits it will have on you – it’s amazing how such a small movement can be so challenging! The teacher starts each class asking how you’re feeling and if there’s a particular area you want to focus on (Eg, one week I mentioned I had a very stiff neck and she specifically spent time giving me movements that would help with this and that I could do at home too!)

Chuc Nguyen I had such an amazing experience at this nail shop. The nail designs are absolutely stunning. They really pay attention to detail and bring out beautiful, unique art. The staff are very efficient and professional, and they make sure everything looks perfect before you leave. I will definitely come back again.
