N. Poundo Forged boxing is a Brilliant boxing club. It caters to all levels and skill sets. It has Fantastic coaches who between them have a wealth of knowledge and experience. The club is very welcoming and i would not hesitate in recommending the club to any body who wants to try there hand at boxing or to improve fitness and gain confidence. Honestly try forged boxing you will not be disappointed.

Leanne Litster I worked with Carly for 3 months on Reboot Plan and can honestly say its the best thing I did for myself in 2025. Ive become stronger, fitter, learnt more about nutrition and my confidence has increased ten fold! I have carried on with another 3 months on the Reboot and can highly recommend anyone who might be tempted to try working with Carly, shes relatable as shes the same age as me and the workouts are effective and brilliantly support my running. Marilisa Rizzi Sissy is fantastic Pilates instructor. I have attended her lessons since October 2023, I never had any Pilates lesson before that time. With her patience and contagious smile, Sissy has been able to let me love this sport, which is great as I can see loads of improvement in my body mobility and balance. Sissys passion and dedication are superlative, she always takes extra miles to allow everybody to feel conformable + well look after during each lesson. Sissy experience is great, she puts her knowledge at service of everyone wants to embrace this sport. Sissy also listen carefully to any personal goals and issues + try to address them during her lessons. I really recommend Sissy Pilates lessons to anyone who wishes strength her core + get better balance/ stretch her muscles or simply to who wants to try this disciple. Try one of her lesson, you will fell immediately welcome to a nice Pilates community that Sissy has been capable to build over years

Victoria Mate Cannot recommend Maya enough! I have been going to maya since 2018, she is great at what she does, always creative and her work is literally THE BEST. Love everything single set of nails she has ever done, they are long lasting and great value for money.
