5 /5 Leanne Litster: I worked with Carly for 3 months on Reboot Plan and can honestly say its the best thing I did for myself in 2025. Ive become stronger, fitter, learnt more about nutrition and my confidence has increased ten fold! I have carried on with another 3 months on the Reboot and can highly recommend anyone who might be tempted to try working with Carly, shes relatable as shes the same age as me and the workouts are effective and brilliantly support my running. Excited to see what I can achieve in my marathon in April this year with her support!

5 /5 Jenni Blyton: Carly’s Reboot really has been just that, a reboot for me in my midlife. She explains everything clearly, backs it all up with research, and somehow makes it feel supportive rather than overwhelming. Carly is incredibly approachable, no question ever goes unanswered. She goes out of her way to explore relevant topics and offers thoughtful, practical guidance. And as for the online classes … they’re definitely tough, but they work. Every session feels purposeful, well thought out and designed to make a difference. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Laura Hassall: I’d followed Carly on Instagram for some time and pondered the Reboot course for a while, but feared that it would require a significant time commitment and ultimately be difficult to “succeed”. I couldn’t have been more wrong, and only wish I’d signed up sooner. Carly meets you where you are and motivates you to make tweaks and improvements which are achievable. She recognises what else is going on in your life and works within that, making really positive change possible. She responds quickly to all questions, and is incredibly knowledgeable. Carly’s reboot library is a fantastic reference point, and her regular “live sessions” with occasional guest experts have left me feeling really informed and able to make improvements. I’d strongly recommend anyone thinking about working with Carly to go ahead and do it - you won’t regret it.

5 /5 Catherine Cliff: I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic Carly is at what she does. She creates unique and enjoyable sessions tailored to your individual needs. She always offers alternatives if you have any injuries, never pushes you beyond what she knows youre capable of and I always leave with a smile on my face! Carlys knowledge is phenomenal and her kind and caring nature really shine through. Shes fun to be around and I fully intend to train with her for years to come. 5 /5 Hannah Brinklow: I have been training with Carly for some years now, from her HIIT sessions in the park, online and more recently PT sessions with 2 friends. Carly is amazing and has been instrumental in helping me learn to love exercise - with the focus on how it makes me feel and also in terms of future-proofing my body for the years ahead! PT sessions with Carly were always the highlight of my week, she has a way of pushing you beyond what you think you can achieve. She offered advice on other areas such as sleep, and always checked in between sessions to motivate and encourage. Our sessions were tailored to suit the needs of each of us, and they were always so well planned and thought out. I feel stronger now in my 40s than I ever have and cannot thank Carly enough for all she has done for me - in terms of my fitness and my mental health ☺️.
