They are a super team, helpful, encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. Each session is varied and I feel much fitter already. I recommend these guys without reservation.

Daniel Evans Been coming here for a month now with my bro to the Thursday adult session and have been pleasantly surprised by the incredibly encouraging, challenging yet safe environment these guys have made. I was a bit nervous coming into it but its turned out to be an amazing diverse place you get guys and girls, young and old, working professionals and students. You name it, theyll fit in. You might have seen so called "free runners" on the the news who have been caught doing dangerous urban exploration stuff like riding trains but thats SERIOUSLY not what they guys are advocating for. I waited years to try something like this and i honestly wish Id started sooner. Just give it a go. :)

Sophie Walker Cox When I fell pregnant with my second, I was really excited to try pregnancy yoga. Being a beginner I was a little apprehensive to start, but Laura and the lovely community she has created at Yo Mamas made me feel so welcome straight away. The classes are structured such that anyone can participate regardless of experience or stage of pregnancy. Aside from the physical benefits each week, I really looked forward to the me time each week to ground myself, connect to my body and baby through breath work and movement, and that together with the calming playlist played each week I instantly felt a sense of calm and strength that really helped me through the tough weeks in my pregnancy. I’m looking forward to starting my baby course and meeting new Mamas through Laura’s network!

Gemma Knott I’ve been coming to society for over a year but I’ve only been really consistent in the last few months. I have always wanted to get better at weight training. I always found the weights at regular gyms either constantly being used or intimidating. If the machine I wanted to use was being used I’d leave after a while and I rarely pushed myself if I did get to use them for fear of doing it wrong. Since joining Society I’ve felt so welcomed and comfortable. It was a bit daunting at first but the coaches are super friendly and helpful. Really put you at ease. I love the positive energy and vibes. The classes are small so the coaches can help you. There’s lots of classes at all different times to suit your schedule. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at everyone is welcome and they cater for all. The sessions are fun too. I’m now always being pushed to the next level. I’m hitting PBs and lifting weights I never dreamed I’d be doing. I have Society to thank for that. They have believed in me and pushed me when I didn’t think I could do it but also so understanding when you do struggle. I am getting stronger and more confident. I also believe in myself more. It’s really helped me mentally as well as physically. I really notice the difference in me when I haven’t been to the gym! I’ve made friends at Society too so it’s always nice to catch up whilst working out when you’re in the same class. I highly recommend Society! It’s not just a gym it’s a community of fun, likeminded and positive people.
