Sophie Jayne Probert Absolute gem in Haslemere. Great classes with motivating instructors. Mel is particularly wonderful. The building is beautifully renovated and provides a fantastic base. All the staff I have encountered have been lovely. Feel so lucky to have a gym like this in Haslemere.

Dan Louisa This is the best gym I’ve been to it’s like family. My son does the full mma course and coach lets my 8 year old practice some boxing. 4 lessons a week and it’s not expensive.

Oliver Finch The Gym Group Crawley is my go-to gym. There’s a really good mix of free weights, machines, and cardio kit, and I’ve never struggled to get a decent workout in. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and it’s easy to just get your headphones on and train. I’m here most days and it’s made a big difference to my fitness. Definitely recommend.

I had a small booking issue, but they replied quickly, answered all my questions, and even let my partner pay in person. The instructors are great and so lovely too — overall a very trustworthy, welcoming, and friendly studio.

Jay Geary I cant recommend Georgia enough. She takes really great care of all of guys at my MMA as well as myself. She is a great person to have in your life, a phenomenal Muay Thai competitor, detailed and incredible at sports and physio therapy. She is also a very dear friend that I am incredibly lucky to have known. I have even shared my own fight camps with her now she takes care of all my students. Empower strength and physio is the only place you need for injuries, aches and pains Georgia will fix you
