Bianca Best Alex literally transformed my body and how I look at fitness forever! Id been stuck in the same workout funk for 30 years (learned from a Cindy Crawford DVD way back when!!) so I now finally get what a truly enlivened, fit, functioning, STRONG body looks and feels like and how to maintain it. Alex is fantastic to work with - encouraging, knowledgeable, professional and super upbeat even if I felt sluggish so I am super grateful I worked with him for the past year and am sure well work together again in the future. I recommend him HIGHLY! Hes BRILLIANT!!!!!

Kieran Joined a month ago, but its great fun. The training is very intense and technical and I am learning loads about boxing. Harry, Adam and the guys are great trainers and they take the time to show you the minor details and how to improve. Really cool place to train.

Dorothy The best Pilates studio in Surrey! Steph is a wonderful instructor both in personal sessions and classes. I’ve been going since April and can honestly say a huge transformation especially with my core strength. Steph has such a great depth of knowledge and care when teaching, I’ve always felt comfortable and stronger when I come out of classes. The studio is a lovely space with free parking, showers and changing rooms. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to start Pilates or continue their journey and actually see results!

Nick I have enjoyed mat, reformer and cadillac classes at Reigate Pilates. The team at Reigate Pilates are very professional and also very caring – they take the time to make sure that you’re OK with the exercises you are doing and only encourage you to do what you can do within the limits of your own body. Classes are fun and friendly with a mix people of age groups from all walks of life. The contribution that Pilates has made to my health is clear and I look forward to carrying on with the exercises at Reigate Pilates for the foreseeable future. The studio is modern, clean and warm and the Pilates equipment is really well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Reigate Pilates to anyone.

Unlike our previous experiences, CA focuses on teaching concrete swimming skills rather than just keeping kids entertained in the water. While there is always room for improvement in class structure and organisation, the quality of instruction and the progress we’ve seen make this swim school stand out.
