2 /5 Judd Ball: I go there quite often and the facilities are quite nice, but the staff are pretty useless. Multiple issues with the videos and Aircon in the spin room, just spent 10 minutes repeat calling a phone that wasnt answered... Just feels like theres a general lack of professionalism.

2 /5 mark lacey: Preferred the gym before the refurb, seems so sterile now and have to pay extra each month to use the lockers as part of the spa area, that or use the filthy changing rooms downstairs in the swimming pool.

5 /5 Thea Balich: Great Gym Sessions for Teens! The Junior Gym at Xcel is fantastic for teenagers. My teen loves the weekday 4-6 pm sessions—great equipment, supportive staff, and a safe environment. The induction gave them confidence, and now they enjoy working out independently. A brilliant way to encourage fitness and healthy habits. Highly recommend!

2 /5 renata p: This gym is just too busy. During certain afternoon hours its impossible to use the equipment, its always taken by groups of young kids. There should be a limit of how many people are using it at once. Im looking forward to changing it.

1 /5 E Gj: Very Disappointed – Always Something Wrong I’m really not happy with this place. Every time I go, there’s always some issue. The glass doors are dangerous – one slammed shut on me and actually hurt me. It’s also always overcrowded with children running around, and I can’t even use the equipment properly because it’s so busy. On top of that, people leave everything messy. Weights and equipment are just left lying around, and I end up spending my time cleaning up after others instead of focusing on my workout. Very frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
