With Les, Emma and Claire, I no longer worry about that all and I’ve made so much progress. The sessions are well structured with only four women per session ensuring that you are carefully checked for form and challenged in the right way. It’s also such a brilliant community of wonderful women who cheer you on to power through that last rep. I feel so much more confident with the equipment and my ability to get stronger. The instructors at LOKFitness are incredibly knowledgeable and break everything down in a way that makes fitness feel simple, approachable, and manageable. With the goal to actually get stronger and work on body coposition, I discovered I do enjoy strenght training and lifting weights! The team guides us in each session tailoring them to individual needs and abilities but always fostering for progress for everyone of us. Small groups make sessions really enjoyable and we are all supporting each other along the way. I really recommend it!!! This is my new playgound

One Pilates Studios -

Ben Mills I am a relative newcomer to the delights, and rigours of Pilates, and to date, one of the few male participants (that I have seen in the classes I attend, anyway). One Pilates Weybridge have never been anything other than welcoming, and supportive. Their teachers and classes are exceptional, held in a modern and well-equipped studio. I am hooked, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending One Pilates.

Annabel Mitchell Ellie’s yoga classes are first class! She is a fantastic instructor. I come away from the class feeling invigorated, regenerated and centred. I have been on and off with gym yoga over the years but never been able to really progress to the next level. I feel positive after just a few classes I am going to really improve with Ellie focusing closely on perfecting our alignment. Ellie’s set up in her studio is delightful, a small setting with plenty of props and supports, and I just love using the ropes! I can’t wait till the next class!

Kerry Hills I would 100% recommend The Hiit House - the class formats are fantastic & offer variety for all tastes and abilities. Theyve attracted an extremely high calibre of trainers who push everyone to achieve their personal fitness goals & deliver real results. I love the look & feel of the studios, theyre super cool & emulate the high end interior of an exclusive hotel!
