Sheridan Barton I originally started training with Mai to build up my fitness and stamina for long distance running. Over 2 years later I’ve ditched the running and re-focussed on full body cardio, weights and spin! I’m fitter than I ever have been and my self confidence has grown. I wouldn’t have been able to handle lockdown without Mai’s online sessions and classes. Mentally stimulating and physically punishing, I can’t ever imagine not training with Mai! Thank you!!

Helen Wilson Brilliant facilities. Have been to the sensory room and fun in the foam. Fantastic for my daughter and really good prices. Thoroughly recommend!

Ash Purushotham This is a great place for playing sports like Badminton, Basketball, etc. The pricing is not exorbitant and the availability is good. It costs £12.50/court/hour. The staff is nice and overall the experience has been good. We will continue to go there..
