You are not just training but you are also getting a coaching and a joy session. We dance and laugh on top of the workout. I because so much stronger is a short time. I lost fat is some areas that never came back ! So thankful and grateful ! It is also always extremely clean and so accommodating ! Love you guys! Keep shining ❤️

5 /5 Tino Pino: The best EMS training studio!!! We - husband and wife - are loyal members for years now and we are glad they opened a second studio in Ascot a bit closer to our home in Windsor! Paula and the other trainers really challenge us but in a very positive fun creative motivating way and so we achieved the best results. You need this reliable support with lots of motivational variations to stick to your goals and get the most success. We love the privacy of the workout and it is always clean plus communication always runs highly professional and flexibel if we need to reschedule. 5 /5 nilsa sirju: Having fun whist exercising in a controlled environment was exactly what I needed after knee surgery. Paula is very knowledgeable at what she does and worked on exactly the right muscles to put the pads for maximum efficiency . I gained strength very quickly and was confident to go back to tennis . For me doing 20 minutes of active body was much better than going to the gym for an hour. Target effectiveness!!!
