Stuart Whittaker I was introduced to Charlotte at ISOFIT via a friend around 6 months ago and I couldn’t be more thankful to have been put in touch. Charlotte is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable in helping me achieve my fitness (and diet) goals. Over this time working with Charlotte my strength and fitness levels have increased resulting in more confidence with activities I wouldn’t normally get involved with. The exercises during the sessions are well planned and catered for my individual needs and goals. The exercises are also personalised around injuries to aid my recovery and on-going maintenance. The fitness space at the studio is perfect and allows the 1:1 engagement and also group training activities. Charlotte is great at keeping on-top of the workouts and keeping my momentum and motivation. I’m looking forward to continuing to work toward my goals with Charlotte’s expert guidance.

Vicki Garton Love this gym. I do two classes, body combat on a Tuesday morning and body jam Wednesday evening. I’d like to do more but work gets in the way. I’ve done aqua aerobics as well on a Wednesday evening. Also really good. I get a good workout and it’s fun. It’s good to add on to the running I do. I really recommend it here. A really friendly team. I have friends who do spin, Pilates and other classes thank you

Ashlie Georgiou I had an issue with my skin, possibly an allergic reaction, my skin was blotchy and flaky and my eye lids puffy. I went to dollies for some help and had calming facial and light therapy and I saw an instant improvement after and a couple of days later my skin was back to normal! 100% would recommend them! and will be going back regularly xx

Babji Vundavilli Its a fantastic location with a variety of amenities. vast and expansive nature setting. Tennis for adults and children. gym, cafe, kids play area, and group workouts. During Saturdays parkrun, I regularly visit the cafe while running across the river. Not to be overlooked is how welcoming and courteous the staff and reception are. What more is there to ask for? There is plenty of parking.
