5 /5 Matthew Ovington: I used to go to the gym fairly regularly but it was largely dependent on my availability with work so, when things inevitably ramped up, the gym gets pushed down the priority order. I started training with Charlotte at Isofit 2 months ago to offer me more accountability and, since then, Ive not missed a session. This is in part due to the accountability but Ive now fallen back in love with training and the new exercises and ways Ive learned to move my body are something I now look forward to in my day. Complete 180 perspective change which is what I was actually subconsciously crying out for. The space is perfect for one-to-ones and theres a community feel thats encouraging but less intimidating than your average Crossfit. Would highly recommend to busy professionals like me.
