Abbie Burrows I had a wonderful, first experience at Beaux Beauty & Hair today. I made an appointment with Maisy, after historically not being happy with my hair and how it was left by my previous hairdresser. Maisy listened to my previous experiences with empathy and made so much effort into colouring and styling my hair just how I wanted it. As well as this, I enjoyed chatting with both Maisy and Lauren, who made me feel as though I had known them for years! Thank you for the overall lovely experience and most importantly, enabling me to love my hair again. Also the Freddo chocolate!!!! Abbie x

Stephanie Stretton My nail has already chipped after less than 24 hours. The nails are different lengths. The person doing my nails was really unhygienic. The tools weren’t sanitised. There was only one person doing nails so it took forever. I should have left but felt rude. The woman was so lovely but she kept trying to sell to me. The shop was empty and the atmosphere was strange. Like another reviewer said, I should have read the room and trusted my gut and left.

ሳሮን ሀበሻዊት I called on Wednesday afternoon. Spoke to a woman who sounded like Asian. She didnt speak much English. I booked a massage for Sunday 5-6pm. She asked me twice which I have confirmed. She then texted me to confirm i am booked between 5-pm-6pm. I replied to the text. So I came all the way from Surbiton on a Sunday afternoon looking forward to have a nice massage and the shop is closed. I called three times. Finally I got a text message saying" we are closed." No apologies, no explanation as to why i was booked on the first place or why it is closed. First time coming in and i sure will never be back.
