Justin Lane As a long-time competitive runner, I tried Flow Pilates Studios for the first time to improve core strength and flexibility. The experience was excellent. Taryne, the instructor, was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable—she explained everything in a way that made Pilates approachable, even for a complete beginner like me.
The reformer session was challenging but enjoyable, and I could feel how these movements target areas runners often neglect.
The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
I’ve only been once, but I’m already convinced this will be a great addition to my training routine. Looking forward to returning and seeing how it impacts my running performance.
