Alex Alexander Accessible to a degree, nice staff. Bucket water was not that cold. Safe place inside to leave items. Essential oils are not my favourite, would ask if I could bring my own next time. Overall very relaxing, and easy paced session. I do wish the cabins were fully private and if there was an option to turn the Inner shower cold.

Paul Arkell Havent been since the eighties but I remember it well. It was like being in a Rocky movie to my childs eye and the main trainer was a vicar and ex lightweight champion of the world. Not bad for 5 pence. (I expect you will need a membership now.)

Neha Kharbanda A great calming place . Have been visiting this studio since months now and i always find it lively, mindful . The teachers are very friendly and experienced. They guide very well. They have the calm and welcoming vibe, and the knowledgeable instructors. class timings are very convinent and offers varied range of classes with the flexibility to join any studio in london. I will rate it as 10 out of 10.

George Mowlam Best combat sports gym in London, been going here for many years. Always had great atmosphere, community and coaching. The new facility has levelled it up even further with more classes, sauna and cold plunge and a full gym for strength and conditioning!

Clara C I had an 90min aromatherapy massage with Vanessa today and she is just lovely. My massage was very relaxing, Vanessa made sure to check the pressure was as I needed and she is a very skilled massage therapist. I highly recommend it!

Zara Joined recently. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the pool and facilities are clean and tidy. It has long opening hours that fit around work etc. Pool is big enough for lengths and has a shallow end for kids. Gym is small and no the most up to date but it’s more than adequate. Overall this is a good place to join.
