Pierre Berger I loved training at this calisthenics studio! The people are super friendly, and there’s a genuine sense of community. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and approachable, I especially enjoyed working with Anna, Kelly, and Mayoor. All the classes are well designed for both beginners and advanced practitioners. I was always impressed by how welcoming the studio is to newcomers, the teachers give extra attention to anyone just starting out, and everyone is super keen to help each other which reflects what a great place this is. Sadly I’m moving out of the area and I think the thing I’ll miss most is this studio!

Nicole Chelmis I’ve been training with Emily and cant recommend her highly enough. Every session is tailored to my goals, with a perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. Her attention to form and technique makes me feel safe while pushing my limits. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and results-driven PT, Emily is fantastic!

Edward Jones Incredible amneity in the area. Sure, its not perfect but theres a large pool for lengths, separate toddler and fun pools. Sauna, steam room. Great soft play. Easy to book it all online. I think most of the negative reviews complaining about cleanliness would be more appropriate for £100+/month gyms, which Wavelengths just is not. Ive not noticed the soft play being dirty, nor the pools themselves.

Charla morgan I’m a regular gym member at Meridian Fitness, & it is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to in the uk. I say this because In terms of space, pricing & staff; it is all within budget & not over priced like a lot of gyms. The staff are absolutely amazing & friendly, the gym wouldn’t be the same without them! Sometimes we have to wait for the steam to get fixed, but they fix it promptly & is back up & running in no time. If you sign up for this gym please respect it & the people as we are basically a lil gym family. They always offer discounts which is great, but the only negative thing I would say is to bring back the day pass from £10 back to £5!!!! Other than that, I would highly recommend:)

Pete Rockliffe The best gym. If you are into lifting weights, getting strong this is the place for you. There isn’t many of these gyms left in the U.K. I live in in Chislehurst and come here 3 times a week. Everyone in here is friendly and great music
