Charla morgan I’m a regular gym member at Meridian Fitness, & it is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to in the uk. I say this because In terms of space, pricing & staff; it is all within budget & not over priced like a lot of gyms. The staff are absolutely amazing & friendly, the gym wouldn’t be the same without them! Sometimes we have to wait for the steam to get fixed, but they fix it promptly & is back up & running in no time. If you sign up for this gym please respect it & the people as we are basically a lil gym family. They always offer discounts which is great, but the only negative thing I would say is to bring back the day pass from £10 back to £5!!!! Other than that, I would highly recommend:)

Jo Wood The best place to train in London. The best coaches, best people, community, equipment, everything is awesome. Great for total beginners and advanced athletes, I love that they have a variety of classes to work on gymnastics and Olympic lifting separately to the CrossFit classes this really helped me to develop my skills as a total beginner when I joined.

Annette Beadle Excellent equipment PT trainers are very supportive. The cleaning has improved smells fresh in the changing areas. I would rate this gym as one of us the most friendly affordable with an approachable member of staff Harry Casey Dillon and Mike are very approachable with any concerns or queries. good access for parking local to me . Good Variety of classes I would highly recommend this Gym

Bobby Digital Excellent fitness studio, friendly owner & staff, everyone who attends the studio seems friendly an amazing amount of classes for a great price, also holds events for Valentine’s Day & Christmas, you get a feeling of community whilst training here, it’s well worth visiting if you live locally or willing to travel.

Ruth H We enjoyed our EMS sessions with Anesha. She was great at making sure that we got the most out the sessions, tailoring the workouts to our ability. EMS is such an amazing way to exercise in an effective and time efficient way. Anesha is professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with, would certainly recommend her.

A spotless, modern and genuinely welcoming independent gym with an ego-free atmosphere. From my first tentative visit onwards, Darrel, the owner, has been friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to help. The gym is exceptionally well equipped, making it ideal for both beginners and more experienced members who want proper strength-training equipment without the intimidation. There is a strong community feel, many women train here confidently, and I’m now happily one of them. The coaching and support are excellent. Membership represents great value given the high standard of equipment and the environment. If you are looking for a clean, well-equipped, inclusive gym in SE8 with a positive vibe and proper support, The Fitness Laboratory in Deptford is outstanding. Highly recommended.
