Justin Lane As a long-time competitive runner, I tried Flow Pilates Studios for the first time to improve core strength and flexibility. The experience was excellent. Taryne, the instructor, was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable—she explained everything in a way that made Pilates approachable, even for a complete beginner like me. The reformer session was challenging but enjoyable, and I could feel how these movements target areas runners often neglect. The studio itself is spotless, well-equipped, and has a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I’ve only been once, but I’m already convinced this will be a great addition to my training routine. Looking forward to returning and seeing how it impacts my running performance.

Julio C. Othon I trained here for about two months while staying in temporary accommodation nearby. The gym is great: clean and equipped with modern machines. It can get a bit crowded at peak times, but I was always able to finish my workouts. Also, special shoutout to Shawn, one of the managers. Every time I passed reception and he was there, he had a welcoming smile!

Sau Tran First time playing tennis, let alone wheelchair tennis. This place has great facilities and the team were so accommodating. Such a fun session being coached rather than just whacking a few balls. My arms are going to ache so much... but itll be worth it.
