I would rate this gym as one of us the most friendly affordable with an approachable member of staff Harry Casey Dillon and Mike are very approachable with any concerns or queries. good access for parking local to me . Good Variety of classes I would highly recommend this Gym

I had to cancel my membership last minute and I found out that somewhere in the fine print there is a 30 day cancellation clause which was NOT made clear at the time of signing up. I had to cancel my membership just after my payment went out so I paid for 2 months where I didnt use the gym at all. They are not at all accommodating, its virtually impossible to get through on the phone to them and they respond to emails at their own leisure (dont be surprised if you wait nearly a month for a response). Dont expect privacy in the showers either, the doors dont lock and and are see through. Essentially their end game is profit, they dont care about their customers. I will personally be going to pure gym, its cheaper and its open 24 hours!

Since joining, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, culminating in an unethical demand for £22.99 today to cancel my membership after my request to freeze it due to an ongoing back injury. I’ve only visited the gym few times since joining over a year ago, as my back condition has worsened significantly. Despite this, I’ve diligently paid my membership fees every month. Yet, instead of compassion, this gym’s response has been to hound me with relentless emails and demand further payments. The handling of my membership freeze request has been nothing short of abysmal. Despite notifying the gym multiple times about my health struggles, they’ve refused to cancel my membership without extracting an additional fee even when I requested to freeze it. It’s disgraceful how Energie Fitness prioritises squeezing money out of struggling members over demonstrating even an ounce of understanding or humanity. The condition of the men’s toilets is absolutely revolting and reflects the gym’s complete lack of care or respect for its members. The bathrooms are often covered in urine on the floors, with faeces smeared on toilet seats and pubic hair left scattered everywhere. There is frequently no toilet paper available, leaving members in truly uncomfortable and embarrassing situations. The stench is unbearable, and it’s obvious these facilities are not cleaned regularly or properly. This is not just unprofessional—it’s downright disgusting and a serious health hazard. The gym equipment isn’t much better. Dust visibly accumulates on the machines, and some are coated with a greasy film that makes them feel unhygienic to touch. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this gym, and the environment feels more like a breeding ground for bacteria than a place for health and fitness. To make matters worse, it’s worth mentioning that the majority of the positive reviews for this gym appear to be fake or written by members of staff themselves. It’s blatantly obvious when you look at the overly generic and glowing comments that fail to reflect the gym’s actual conditions or service standards. This kind of deceit is just another reason to avoid this place at all costs. I urge anyone considering joining Energie Fitness Eltham to think twice before wasting their hard-earned money. This gym prioritises profits over people, lacks basic customer service, and fails to deliver on even the most fundamental aspects of a clean and safe environment. 5 /5 Naciye: This is actually a really good gym. It’s excellent value for money and it’s got most of the things you get in other gyms (apart from swimming and sauna) but just on a slightly smaller scale. The staff are really friendly and the classes are the best.
