1 /5 Paniz Mohammadi: I had been a loyal customer at this salon for over 7–8 months and always trusted them with my nails. Unfortunately, after my last appointment on 5th August, I developed an infection on my natural nail — something that has never happened to me before.
The service on that day was rushed and careless, especially as it was near closing time. The technician didn’t properly clean underneath my natural nails before applying the extensions, even though I mentioned this at the time. I left the salon worried and later found out I was right to be concerned.
When I contacted the salon with photos, expecting them to take responsibility, they refused to fix the full set and instead offered me a small discount — completely ignoring the stress and inconvenience this has caused me.
Now I have to see a doctor about this infection, and I will be taking this further if needed, including filing a formal complaint.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing after months of loyalty. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here if they expect hygiene, professionalism, and proper customer care.
