1 /5 magdalena rybarska: Very disappointed with eyebrow lamination, resulting in major eyebrow hair loss. No patch test was performed before the treatment. During the procedure I experienced burning, which was dismissed and the treatment was not stopped. The consent form was only given to me after the treatment, when I was already complaining. From the next day I started losing a significant amount of eyebrow hair and my brows are now visibly thinner. The salon claims this is “normal hair shedding”; however, this has never happened to me before in my life, and it started immediately after the treatment. When I returned to the salon to discuss the issue and get some guidance, I was dismissed and told to email the manager. Since then, communication has focused on denying responsibility rather than showing understanding. I was also asked to remove my review and one of the email responses included an unprofessional comment: “If this action makes you feel better, we don’t have nothing to comment. Everyone carries their own energy in the universe.” Avoid this place.

1 /5 Nina Mohan: I had an appointment booked for 9:30 am. Arrived at the salon in time, it was closed. I waited outside for 15 minutes, the shutters remained closed. The opening time of the salon was from 9am as per their website and from google. I tried to ring the number provided, it just rang out, multiple times. This was a booking made online through the phorest website. No word back from them so I had to leave to find somewhere else. Thankfully no card details were taken but this was out of order. 5 hours later, got a text and email saying I missed the appointment! This appointment was booked over a week in advice- if the salon was not going to be open at that time, they should have communicated that to me in that time frame. Very disappointing from such a highly reviewed salon. Edit following salon response- I was at the salon at 9:30am and waited for 15 minutes, the shutters remained closed. I am aware my appointment wasn’t at 9am, I have already said it was at 9:30. I rang the salon multiple times in that time with no answer. I did not receive any phonecalls the day before as confirmation. I got an email reminder, there was no option to click confirm on the email.

5 /5 Dalila Caputo: I was a model today for a new talented nail technician Christine,I can raccomend her. Lovely and nice person,and the salon and other staff extremely friendly. They make you comfort and offer you tea/coffee with the treats. Highly recommended. Grazie ♥️
