1 /5 Nina Mohan: I had an appointment booked for 9:30 am. Arrived at the salon in time, it was closed. I waited outside for 15 minutes, the shutters remained closed. The opening time of the salon was from 9am as per their website and from google. I tried to ring the number provided, it just rang out, multiple times. This was a booking made online through the phorest website. No word back from them so I had to leave to find somewhere else. Thankfully no card details were taken but this was out of order. 5 hours later, got a text and email saying I missed the appointment! This appointment was booked over a week in advice- if the salon was not going to be open at that time, they should have communicated that to me in that time frame. Very disappointing from such a highly reviewed salon.
Edit following salon response- I was at the salon at 9:30am and waited for 15 minutes, the shutters remained closed. I am aware my appointment wasn’t at 9am, I have already said it was at 9:30. I rang the salon multiple times in that time with no answer. I did not receive any phonecalls the day before as confirmation. I got an email reminder, there was no option to click confirm on the email.
