1 /5 Anna Smith: I am only leaving this review here because it’s been a year I am texting and messaging on instagram but no response. The lady doing the treatment is lovely, she is very nice however on my 4th Microneedling session her machine was faulty. I have done about 10 sessions of Microneedling and I know how the pen feels. Her pen felt very rough and I felt as if she was marking my skin with something very sharp. The session lasted only 10 minutes as I couldn’t take the pain and the pen didn’t feel right. I kept telling her it feels very different and I also seemed to bleed more. She assured me it’s not her machine and that it might be my hormones. I ended the session there as it didn’t feel right. After I went home post recovery was very different to all other sessions and I messaged for help however since then I have had no response. It’s been a year now and I have lines on my forehead due to the harsh pen which was faulty in that session.

5 /5 Ruby Kearney: Dermafollic Clinic is outstanding in every respect. I have had seven charcoal facials with Agnes. My skin has improved visibly; my pores are smaller and my complexion is brighter. She makes you feel comfortable, answers all your questions competently and takes her time with the routine (this is rare in my experience). Agnes is a gem and I will be returning to Dermafollic Clinic for all of my procedures!

Agnes is an amazing woman. She combines her expertise with creating a warm welcoming environment for her clients.
