My best friend who rarely ever gets her nails done wanted to remove her shellac and the lady who treated her has caused so much pain that she is still in pain a day later! And she paid £15- for a removal only! You should be ashamed of yourselves and the services you provide!

1 /5 Hajar M: Doesn’t worth 55£ at all ! Never seen acrylic nails so tick from the tips and some nails are angled upwards while even my natural nails doesn’t look like this! Also Kept telling the nail technician to fix the shape each time, she messed up my nails from the beginning!

1 /5 Cristina Ghita: Don’t recommend this salon at all. The lady filed my nails so hard that they were so painful before applying the biap. Advised her to not file them this hard and she mentioned that it’s because I had biap on my nails too often (it was my third time and no one filed them this thin). My nails were chipped in a week and 2 weeks later they look like this and very painful.. Not hygienic at all. Train better your employees.

1 /5 Anahid Sardari: DO NOT GO to this place! Unbelievably bad experience. The lady there is so unprofessional, rude and caused me so much pain. My nails started bleeding! And she didn’t even apologise. She started blaming me for wanting short nails. This place is so bad and so expensive…

5 /5 Tara Smith: I came in without an appointment for a gel nail extension and was serviced by Lin. She was gentle, took great care with her work, and was patient when I was unsure about colors, even letting me try them first. The shape of my nails is perfect – highly recommend.
