5 /5 Gaby MRdz: From the warm welcome to the lovely chat, everything about my experience was amazing. But the real highlight was the haircut Jacinda gave me — it went beyond my expectations. She’s incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to really listen and understand what you want. This was my second visit to Hairways, and honestly, I don’t see myself going anywhere else. I absolutely love this place! (Booked through Classpass-no issues at all!)

1 /5 Alishba Sheikh: my sister asked for long layers and she had 30 inches of hair. They promised her that they could execute the layers properly but they chopped almost all her hair off and didn’t even give her proper layers. Her hair is now to her shoulders and completely butchered. she was crying so much and felt betrayed because the people didn’t come through on what they promised they COULD do. Deeply disappointed on their work.

5 /5 A Z: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Always a Great Experience! I’ve been coming to Hairways for a while, and every visit is consistently fantastic. Mary is always welcoming. My stylist Michal really knows me and understands what works best for my hair and personal style. I never feel rushed or unsure—he always takes the time to talk through ideas with me and helps guide me toward the right decision. This time, we decided on a fresh cut and a beautiful new color, and I absolutely love how it turned out! The color is vibrant but natural-looking, and the cut feels light, stylish, and easy to manage. I always walk out feeling more confident and refreshed. Can’t recommend him highly enough—professional, talented, and genuinely cares about his clients.

5 /5 Naweed Abawi: Had a great experience and service by Mary and Michael, I would definitely recommend. The attention to detail in the service was very good, especially for someone who wants their stylist to understand their needs / wants. Had a great conversation also! However, if you are considering booking, I’d highly recommend calling instead of using services such as Treatwell, as I was informed they took 35% of the price you pay, I certainly will be doing that in the future.
