1 /5 zoe: Extremely disappointing experience at Fitness First London Bridge. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely dismissed and unimportant. I was rushed through check in with zero explanation, no welcome, no tour, and absolutely no support as if my presence was an inconvenience. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
Instead of doing their jobs, the front-desk employees were more focused on chatting and flirting with each other than helping members or guests. It was very clear that some of them are more interested in standing around looking good than actually providing a service. The lack of seriousness, awareness, and basic customer care is unacceptable for a gym that charges premium prices.
Luckily, I didn’t stoop to their level or respond in the same energy they gave me. But this kind of environment is dehumanising, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing for a company of this size. If this is how they treat guests, they are in the completely wrong industry.
I hope management takes this review seriously, because the experience was absolutely unacceptable.
