Ko is really a special place in every way, the coaches are absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t recommend it enough, feel blessed that I live close enough to attend this fantastic gym.

The classes are perfectly balanced—they are disciplined, structured, and focused, yet end on a high note with fun, engaging games that the kids absolutely love. It’s wonderful to see my child learning confidence, skill, and respect in such an enjoyable environment. 4 /5 Julie Begum: Yoga at KO Kombat with Marta is a good experience. She is a kind and patient teacher who creates a good atmosphere for our practice. The class venue is local to me and at a time thats convenient for me to attend. During the summer months we even managed to do yoga in a local park outdoors which was special.

5 /5 Frederick: A place is just as good as its people. So a massive thank you to Coach Henry, Coach UG, coach Bill and the awesome coach at my ringside on fight night yesterday. It was my first time getting into boxing, and I could not have done it without these awesome people. Thank you for the dedication, patience and hard work you put into me and many others that went on to do exploits. I will never forget this moment in my life especially after winning my white collar boxing match. As for the venue, it is full of life with serious minded sports people. Even when were waiting to go in for boxing, we can hear the power, roar and excitement from those that were rounding up their MMA sessions. PARKING: Lots of free parking from 5:30PM on the main road. TRAINS: I do not use the train but could spot Mile End and Stephney Green stations nearby.
