Ines Lopes I started chiropractic sessions in the London Wellness Clinic around week 28 of my pregnancy due to pain in my lower back and tailbone, which worsened after sitting for long periods (particularly during travel or at the office). I had an initial session with Dr. Edwards, who assessed me, performed a correction on the same day, discussed a treatment plan, and recommended some exercises I could do at home. To be completely honest, I never expected the pain to go away entirely, since pregnancy is constantly evolving and the baby continues to grow. However, Dr. Edwards explained that I should see significant improvement within just a few sessions. I noticed a difference from the very first session, and after just two or three sessions, the tailbone pain had completely disappeared. Dr. Edwards was consistently professional, clearly explaining the causes of my discomfort and adapting each session to reflect the changes in my body, ranging from addressing tailbone pain to preparing the hips and pelvis for birth. I always leave our sessions impressed by his deep knowledge of the human body. I would highly recommend chiropractic care during pregnancy. Dr. Edwards and the London Wellness Clinic have been fantastic. Scheduling appointments is very easy, and rescheduling ( when needed) has always been smooth. Ive never had any issues. Im now 38 weeks and considering continuing with the adjustments even post birth as I had such a positive experience.

Were so greatful for both, as each class the child I take is fully encouraged, supported, complimented by Kisha and those involved, but with no pressure at all! Cheila Ferreira I highly recommend Ellie Brown Pilates classes! I started by doing some beginner and mixed level classes and then I got pregnant, so I did pregnancy classes. It definitely helped me stay fit, active and flexible. All the instructors are really good and the exercises are adjusted to your needs. Im moving abroad and I just wish I could bring the classes with me! I definitely would have kept going until the end of pregnancy and beyond if I was staying in Greenwich. Thanks for everything Ellie! :)

Jabeen Abdul-Aziz Highly recommend 313 fitness bootcamp sessions which I have attended over the past few years. Great and very supportive instructors that will help you achieve your goals. Great little cafe indoors too, that serves delicious protein shakes. These bootcamps are great if youre nervous about going to a gym and not knowing how to use the equipment, its a great place to start and build your way up. Its also great for intermediate people who just want to maintain their physique and build on their strength. I look forward to going back soon.
