Jade Loricia Kouakoua I had such an amazing time at puppy yoga at the Barefoot Studio. Upon arrival, the studio was clean and spacious. The instructors/staff were patient and it was clear that the puppies and dogs were well looked after. I would highly recommend the session and I would love to attend again.

James De Juan Where do I start. I was a busy dad and needed a little help losing fat and building up my confidence. I approached Neil as his journey resonated with me. It made my goals appear attainable. Neil helped me reframe my mind set from wanting to be fit into believing I was a fit dad that just needed a little help. Thanks for restoring my confidence. I am now able to play with my kids and do every day things with a spring in my step. Highly recommended

H Limbada Came here today on a day pass. The person at the desk (maybe the manager) was extremely welcoming, gave me a tour, very friendly. Being unfamiliar to this gym I was anxious so this level of customer service made me feel very comfortable. The facilities here are amazing, the quality of the equipment and machines, even the quality of the benches are some of the best Ive seen. Included pre workout, towel rental, the sauna, steam room and the various workout rooms was fantastic, the best in the area. Very busy yet somehow everything I needed was always available, a great atmosphere, you can see all other members respect and take care of this gym, no weights left out, very tidy and clean. A great gym and I can see construction going on which tells me its about to get better and better. Thank you!

H Limbada This gym makes me feel at home, the atmosphere, the aesthetics, the equipment is perfection. Im not particularly muscular myself and this is a bodybuilding gym but I feel comfortable here, no anxiety, everyone is respectful to each other and respectful to the gym. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, they only have the best equipment.

Ed Pull This is a lovely, warm and welcoming studio run by the wonderful Chrisi. I have dabled in yoga in previous years, but never managed to get into a regular routine until joining this studio 6 months ago. Ive enjoyed getting to know the instructors and other members and genuinely look forward to seeing them. Classes are kept small which I like so the instructors can focus on improving your technique. There are a range of different practices too for every level. Overall, it feels more like a community than solely a place to do yoga and Im very happy I signed up.
