3 /5 Soph XY: Decent equipment but probably not a long-term solution for me. Pros: - Big gym with loads of space - A large variety of modern equipment that Ive never even seen in any other gyms Cons: - The weights are not ideal for women who havent been bodybuilding for years on end. Eg, there arent any dumbbell of 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 6kg, 7kg, 8kg or 9kg, which massively restricts my upper body training. I know that this has been raised before by different people. - Changing room smells like sewage (and has done so for many months, so Im assuming this wont change any time soon). - The music is really loud, to the point where I cant hear my own music properly, even with noise cancelling headphones.

5 /5 H Limbada: This gym makes me feel at home, the atmosphere, the aesthetics, the equipment is perfection. Im not particularly muscular myself and this is a bodybuilding gym but I feel comfortable here, no anxiety, everyone is respectful to each other and respectful to the gym. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, they only have the best equipment.

5 /5 Danny Desai: I took out a membership at Evolve after doing a few day pass sessions. I was getting bored with my existing gym options (The Gym Group and a members club gym which has some great facilities but limited equipment). The main types of workouts I do are bodybuilding orientated and I like options as I have a couple of injuries I’m recovering from so having an array of ways to hit a muscle, especially ones that don’t have to involve a barbell, is very helpful. I wanted a nice gym experience also so I thought about Gymbox due to the variety of equipment they have but found that to be too oversubscribed and also considered Third Space due to the top notch facilities. I found the types of machines at Third Space not to be ideal for my particular needs however as they felt like white labelled technogym equipment. I’ve been a member of a ‘premium’ muscle gym before in Pure Muscles in Walthamstow (2 years ago). But that particular location doesn’t work for me a where I live and I think value for money wise Evolve is actually a considerably better deal more info below… - The equipment selection is really thought out and well curated and perfect for anyone trying to build muscle - There are so many options that even if a machine is taken you can try something else - The quality of the machines is top notch - The gym floor itself feels like someone has taken a lot of pride in putting it together and keeping it looking and feeling nice - I wanted to go to a place where I didn’t have to compromise my workout for the equipment and tbh at Evolve I’ve ended up exploring things in my workout that I wouldn’t have otherwise - I would say there are all levels of gym goer here, people to be inspired by and people who are earlier on in their journey - I myself would consider myself entering my intermediate era for context but keen to learn hence the excitement for the equipment - In terms of being “premium” compared to the options I’ve mentioned earlier, this gym doesn’t have a red light therapy room, luxury shower facilities/toiletries or an altitude training facility (lol) but it does what it’s good at really well and is certainly premium in that regard. The equipment is super clean, well kept as well as being quality. The gym looks the part and if you want to film yourself you’ll look cool ha! - For the price, I consider what Evolve delivers to be great value If you’re in the market for a new gym and care about building muscle I think checking out Evolve is a must!

5 /5 Yousuf Mamoon: The best and most inclusive gym in the area. Been with them since they opened and I’ve seen them grow tremendously. The owners pride themselves in their knowledge and hand pick the pieces of equipment themselves to ensure the best pieces targeting all the muscles In addition to the above, the staff are unbelievably helpful and you don’t have to be a body builder to attend and feel comfortable here. It’s a relaxed atmosphere with great people and everyone feels welcome To top it off it’s spread over 2 floors with one floor dedicated to legs. Furthermore they also have a cafe serving healthy food to allow you to replenish with a healthy meal after your workout and a whole heap of quality supplements to take before and during your workout with great advice on what to pick I would definitely recommend this gym

1 /5 Fusion 360 Music: Let me start by saying this place should come with a warning label: “May cause regret and secondhand embarrassment.” The equipment looks like it’s from the Jurassic era, half of it squeaks louder than my alarm clock, and the “air conditioning” must be purely decorative.The staff? Let’s just say their favorite workout is flexing their attitude. I asked about a treadmill that kept shutting off mid-run, and the guy at the desk shrugged like I’d asked him to solve world peace. Bonus points for the locker room that smells like a protein shake crime scene.If you’re into waiting 15 minutes for a dumbbell, dodging puddles of mystery sweat, and getting side-eyed for existing, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the drama and find a gym that actually wants you to come back.
