Amani Ahmed I love the coaches, Eva is fantastic! I love her so much, she is so caring. My favourite class is BodyCombat but I love Body-pump. I absolutely needed this program for my health and wellbeing. I have made amazing progress, my movement is different, I feel stronger, more energetic, more toned in my body. The scans motivate me to continue my journey with Ayaana Fitness. The spa is amazing, it relaxes your mind and soul. The spa as a reward after a high intensity class, is such a relaxing environment. This program changed my mindset, I am more cautious about what I eat, how I deal with my nutrition. I have left all junk food and increasing my protein and other macronutrient. Thank you Ayaana Fitness, I love the team and the space youve created

W D “WD” The space is small but exquisite, clean, and very friendly as well as quiet. Like boutique gym. The staff is extremely kind and friendly to help new guys like me. The facility is more than sufficient, and its quite comfortable to move around in the two-story space. Especially the toilets and shower rooms are impeccably clean, at the level of a hotel. There is sanitary paper and cleaner next to all equipment, which is very hygienic. Its currently my favorite gym in Lewisham.
