5 /5 Neil Whitaker: I’ve been attending classes with Tansy at Turning Tides for about 2 years now. Tansy runs a highly professional and forward thinking business, which Uckfield is lucky to have. Tansy is an excellent Pilates instructor, extremely personable and incredibly knowledgeable. She is not one to rest on her laurels either! Tansy has an incredible appetite for learning and will soon be introducing yoga classes, having recently qualified as a yoga instructor. I can’t recommend Turning Tides highly enough and Tansy is a credit to her profession.

5 /5 Angela Lewis: This is a beautiful Pilates studio. I have attended many group mat classes here and have had a few one to one sessions with Tansy in her equipment studio. The environment is lovely. It is spotlessly clean and tranquil. All equipment is provided and is varied each week in classes. The classes are small and friendly. Tansy is lovely and is so knowledgeable; not only about Pilates but also the human body. She ensures that she knows her clients abilities/needs well and personalises movements accordingly. I have learnt so much about how Pilates benefits me. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Annette Quinn: After enjoying Pilates at Turning Tides, I recently joined Tansey’s new Slow Flow yoga classes at the studio. In a word ‘brilliant’! I mentioned to Tansey during the class that I had discovered new muscles…her response was ‘no, you are using the same muscles just in a different way’! Who knew? I definitely recommend giving it a go. Annette
