Jenna T.G I take 2-to-1 swimming lessons with Vinny alongside my dad. We’re at completely different levels, my dad can swim but wanted to refine his technique, while I was a complete beginner. Vinny is incredibly attentive and adapts to both of us, making sure we each get the most out of every session. He’s patient, encouraging, and never pushy, which has really helped me feel comfortable in the water. In just a short time, my confidence has grown so much and I’ve started to really love swimming. My dad has also seen big improvements in his technique. Vinny makes the lessons enjoyable, supportive, and productive, and I can’t recommend him enough.

romka_homka I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my child’s birthday at this incredible kids entertainment club and restaurant, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles and a level of hospitality that truly exceeded all expectations. The entire place is absolutely spotless – immaculately clean from top to bottom – and it is so obvious that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining the highest level of hygiene and organization. Every corner of the play area, restaurant and party room looked freshly cleaned and perfectly prepared. The staff were simply OUTSTANDING. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, kind, and incredibly attentive to every little detail. I would especially like to mention Adriana, because she honestly was an absolute superstar from the very beginning until the end of the party. She greeted us so warmly and immediately made us feel welcome and confident that everything would go perfectly – and it definitely did! Adriana showed unbelievable attention to detail, treated every single child with care and genuine kindness, and constantly checked on all the guests to make sure everyone was happy. Her positive attitude, enthusiasm and genuine love for her job made the entire celebration even more special and unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable and managed everything flawlessly. The whole team deserves a huge THANK YOU. Every staff member was helping with such a great attitude and positive energy. They were constantly smiling, gently guiding the children through all the games and activities, keeping everything organised and safe, serving food quickly and with such pleasant manners, checking on the parents, refilling drinks and snacks without even being asked, and making sure that no one was missing anything. Their professionalism is really impressive and so rare to find. You really feel that they truly care about their work and about creating a magical experience for every child and every family. The birthday program was also AMAZING! The kids had such a fun time with all the games, music, dancing and creative activities. The hosts kept them entertained nonstop and made sure every child was included and engaged. There were so many smiles and so much laughter – it was such a joy to watch. Every activity was thoughtfully prepared and perfectly coordinated. The restaurant was also a huge highlight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served on time. The parents were pleasantly surprised at how good the menu was and how elegant the dining area looked. Again, I have to mention how incredibly clean and nicely organized the restaurant area is. The tables, chairs, floor, and even the small details such as cutlery and napkins were spotless. Overall, I would highly recommend this entertainment club and restaurant to absolutely everyone. Whether you are planning a birthday party or just want a place to spend quality time with your children, this is the BEST place you could imagine. The atmosphere is so welcoming, the cleanliness is absolutely outstanding, the facilities are beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and the staff are truly exceptional. A very special thank you again to Adriana – you made our day unforgettable and we appreciate you more than words can say! And thank you to the entire team for your kindness, your smiles, and your hard work. You made this a perfect, magical celebration that we and our child will always remember. Jocelyn I attend at variety of exercise classes at Copthall Leisure Centre which enables me to enhance my fitness levels - some people say that I’m addicted! It’s not just the fitness aspect though, I also love the social angle it brings to my life! Having access to all gym facilities as well as group exercise classes in my membership is of course an added bonus. The Teachers/Instructors are all proficient in their specific disciplines. They encourage and motivate the group/individuals as well as leading and clearly demonstrating each exercise. Each instructor has a variety of options available for each class so nobody needs to feel that they ‘can’t do’ a particular exercise. There is a welcoming atmosphere in Copthall from the minute you enter the building. Lamia is the main person on Reception. She is very pleasant, polite, helpful and professional. She’s ideal for that position. From my experience, I can highly recommend Copthall Leisure Centre to anyone who is considering taking up exercise OR anyone already doing exercise elsewhere.

Andrea Eastwood This really is a fantastic group to be a part of. Every training session on a Tuesday and Thursday evening is Fun, Energetic and I get so much out of it every time. The coaches are friendly, welcoming and really engage with each person, no matter what your fitness level there is something for everyone at this great group!

Vani S Loved everything about this place! The coffee bar serves amazing coffee, classes are very well structured, and every workout is planned to perfection. The gym has all the equipment and accessories you could ever need. The toilets and showers feel absolutely 5-star. The coaches are highly trained, supportive, and the wellness room is wonderful. The community here is so helpful and full of positive energy! It’s been one year, I have seen my body getting better for good in all sense. This is my happy n peace place!

Mark Lewis Great facility! Lifeguards are pleasant. Gym is great too. Blonde female lifeguards always seems to be cleaning something which is good too see. I would definitely recommend!
