5 /5 Andrea Eastwood: This really is a fantastic group to be a part of. Every training session on a Tuesday and Thursday evening is Fun, Energetic and I get so much out of it every time. The coaches are friendly, welcoming and really engage with each person, no matter what your fitness level there is something for everyone at this great group!
