Miguel Rio This is a fantastic Gym. Tibor has an excellent program with tailored exercises and, typically, 3 full body workouts per week. The gym has an incredible atmosphere. I could not recommend it more. If you want to improve your health and health-span, this is the place in North London to do it.

N S Blueprint Fitness has continued to deliver over the year+ we have been using them. The team is incredibly professional and are always working to deliver on the aims set by the client. They will push you to ensure success can be achieved but are also flexible enough to take into account the normal lives we live. A great experience to date, thoroughly recommend them.
