The coaching is genuinely outstanding and there’s a wide range of instructors, so every style and approach is covered and the coaches are deeply invested in their students. Chloe Scotchbrook I saw Darren & Bea over the past few months. Darren managed to get some more movement back in my spine, and helped me strengthen my core to prevent repeating lower back pain and get me back running. Bea then helped keep me moving and niggle free with some manual work, and focused exercises, during a heavy marathon training block. All staff at the practice super friendly, and the clinic is bright and well maintained.

Dan Hayward I have been attending Fit20 Twyford for around 18 months now. I love the fact that its not your usual gym, full of people and hot! The space is cool, clean and quiet, often just me, one other person I train with, and our Personal Trainer. The physical difference that had been made over that time, and the weights Im now using are incredible. I can easily see a difference in my arms and legs, both being more toned and I feel much stronger than I did before. Its incredible how much difference 20 minutes of training a week can make, when done following the Fit20 method. Other "normal" gyms would take far too much of my time, which I dont have. This fits with me, my availability and WORKS.

Sarah-Jane Marshall Highly recommend Natalies classes. I have been going to the Mama Fit class and appreciate the way Natalie adapts exercises according to the needs of the group. She is always upbeat and encouraging, pitching in with the babies when they need attention. My older children have enjoyed coming along during the summer holidays and even joining in with baby weights!
