Olivia Lucas Charlie loves the team at Shin Gi Tai and has very quickly gone from 2 days a week to 7 days a week. His confidence has increased 10-fold and this has really helped with the aspects of school that he finds difficult. Due to the amount of time I spend with my son at the dojo I can attest to their excellent lesson planning and execution when teaching those children with additional needs and different learning styles. I cannot recommend this Martial Arts Academy enough, both for their technical skills instruction and their holistic approach to the childrens development.

Eleanor Millar Following a physically difficult pregnancy and birth, I attended a couple of 1:1 reformer Pilates classes with Sophie to build my confidence and mobility. Sophie was so incredibly knowledgable and kind, talking me through each movement and what I could do to aid my postnatal recovery. She gave me the confidence to continue and I’ve now been attending Sophie’s group class every week for 5 months which are the perfect mix of challenging and really fun! Thank you Sophie!

Big Danny Ive have always have an amazing time at calisthenics with wojtek. His knowledge and super friendly team makes this place special. As a coach myself I would highly recommend woj as person that will help you develop your skills further if you are advanced or start your journey if you are interested in joining amazing calisthenics community.

Amy Been to Carrera Baker’s pump class at PureGym Caversham a couple of times now and really enjoyed it! Carrera is absolutely brilliant — her energy, guidance, and encouragement make the class fun, motivating, and effective. I always leave feeling great. Looking forward to joining her spin class next! Highly recommend her classes!

Ann-Marie East This programme is amazing and out of this world, the coaches are brilliant their knowledge and how they push the athletes to get the best possible results for them is remarkable. Since my son has been on this programme he has come on leaps and bounds in his fitness, ability, strength and more it has had a huge impact on his chosen sport. I can not recommend this programme enough, for any buddy sports star.
