5 /5 Dan Hayward: I have been attending Fit20 Twyford for around 18 months now. I love the fact that its not your usual gym, full of people and hot! The space is cool, clean and quiet, often just me, one other person I train with, and our Personal Trainer. The physical difference that had been made over that time, and the weights Im now using are incredible. I can easily see a difference in my arms and legs, both being more toned and I feel much stronger than I did before. Its incredible how much difference 20 minutes of training a week can make, when done following the Fit20 method. Other "normal" gyms would take far too much of my time, which I dont have. This fits with me, my availability and WORKS.

5 /5 Teresa Broadbridge: Have just started using Fit20. I like the fact you have a trainer with you who sets the exercise machines to your ability. They stay with you throughout. You get a workout for 20 minutes a week. All main muscles are exercised with slow movements. The gym is fully air conditioned and the place to be in a heatwave. You are made very welcome and comfortable. I am the only person using the equipment so you do not have to worry that others are far fitter than you. You work to your programme.

5 /5 Maria Gomez: After unlocking 6 weeks I noticed on my commute that I was confidently trotting up and down the Elizabeth line escalators with my heavy rucksack on my back. I always took it slowly before and didnt feel as steady. Fit20 works for me!
