5 /5 Fuat: I’ve visited the lab The Lab a few times now and honestly, it’s one of the nicest health clubs Ive been too around the area. The reception team have always been welcoming and the staff across the club are brilliant, friendly, accommodating and always happy to help if I need anything. The facilities are top notch and always spotless. The gym is spacious, has all the latest equipment, and I’ve never found it overcrowded which makes training here a pleasure. The poolside area is the best part for me they have a heated pool, two jacuzzis, sauna and steam room, so it never feels over crowded. The changing rooms are always clean and well stocked, Also, they offer lovely food in the juice bar and the staff give of a lovely atmosphere. I love the overall vibe of the place. It’s professional but still relaxed, and you really feel looked after here. The Lab isn’t just a health club, it’s somewhere I actually enjoy spending my time. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for great facilities and staff who genuinely care.

5 /5 Adrienne Letay: I have been a member at the Laboratory Mill Hill since it first opened and have loved my time there. In particular I enjoy the wonderful 25 metre swimming pool. The staff are brilliant, especially Claudia who has been instrumental in running the booking process seamlessly and keeps it all perfectly under control. We’re all very appreciative of her work ethic. As far as I am concerned, it’s the best club in north London.

The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect escape from the busy outside world. The gym is modern and well-equipped, the pool is spotless and inviting, and the spa facilities are truly first class. What makes the experience even more special is the team—everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Denisa, one of the lifeguards, who is always so helpful, approachable, and genuinely the best person I’ve spoken to there, she really makes each visit even better.
