Paul Silver I am delighted to say, that my recent experience with Nuffield health Chigwell has been excellent. I had a problem with gym equipment that needed attention. To my pleasant surprise, Charlotte on reception was extremely efficient, polite and helpful. She involved her Manager Kingsley into solving the issue and they both rectified it without any fuss, "brilliant!" I then had a couple of membership issues that were handled by the wonderful Rebecca in membership. Nothing was too much trouble for Rebecca and over emails, Rebecca was kind, polite and on top of it throughout. You are a credit to your employer, thank you all.

L B A woman’s gym that’s not overwhelming or too busy. The staff are really kind and easy to talk to. They offer free water bottles if you’ve forgotten yours, I’ve been with them since they’ve opened and have never thought of leaving/changing gyms.

Brook Street Wilson Sandra is super knowledgeable in her Field Understands everything about the way your body should move Thanks Sandra, I will be recommending you to all family and friends, Who want to know more about their bodies X

Karen West This is my first experience of reformer pilates and I’m hooked! The studio itself is a calming environment and the decor really is stunning. Nick is a great very knowledgeable instructor and the workout is varied, well explained/demonstrated and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. There are lots of classes on offer to suit all abilities and classes throughout the day/evening to suit busy lifestyles!! After just a few classes I feel stronger, my flexibility is definitely improving and I’m pretty sure I can spot some ab muscles!!

Moyn Islam New gym, a little gem in terms of coaching- most people say this about their coach but Coach Zayd is a top tier black belt, one that easily matches the best in the country. Coach Ali is another incredible coach in his field, having had returned from Thailand you can see he loves his art and hell work you until you get to the standards set for top athletes. They are growing, there is room to expand and theyve added equipment to the facility to give you a well-rounded training opportunity. The staff are amazing, the coaches are all fantastic and the place feels cosy and homely.
