Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!

Sam Taylor David Lloyd Bracknell is genuinely an outstanding facility. The gym is spacious with everything laid out in a way that makes training easy and enjoyable. There are more than enough courts, the spa is consistently excellent, and the pool is almost always quiet which is rare for a club of this size. The food is reliably good and the staff are consistently fantastic, friendly, and switched on. Everyone’s experience is their own but I honestly can’t understand how anyone could rate this place one star. It doesn’t reflect the reality of what the club offers. I feel very lucky to be able to come here and grateful to have a club of this standard so close. Credit to the whole team for keeping it running at such a high level.

Naomi Pain I have been attending training sessions with the team at Training Unity for approx 2 years, doing functional strength training. The class size is very small and the training is excellent. I have been carrying a number of injuries which the team have been able to adjust the exercises around and my overall fitness, tone, strength and robustness has improved significantly. It is also good fun!

eva kakaveli I bought a car so i can drive from Windsor to Blaze in Ascot . This is how incredible this school is, along with the instructors! Joining the team was one of the best decisions in my life.
