Amanda Chapman I was nervous about starting my journey to fitness but after my first visit to Strong Vibes I felt confident to return and continue. It’ the small classes where Abi and her team of instructors take the time to get to know you and help you achieve your goals that have helped me find confidence. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. If you don’t like a traditional gym then Strong Vibes is the place for you.

Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!

PD Rai Nice little community centre for community activities. I was there to celebrate one birthday program and the place was amazing as it has enough space for kids bouncy castle, magic show, face painting, food area and even place for kids to run around. Well managed. I like community centres :)
