Every time I walk in, I feel an instant sense of peace and connection. It’s truly my favorite place to recharge, realign, and just be. The energy in the room is something you have to experience for yourself — it lifts you up and wraps you in serenity. I’m grateful beyond words for this beautiful place!

Rachel Lewis I have been going to Broadway Boogie for a while now and its the only exercise I have been able to stick to in my adult life. The class is so much fun and I dont even look at it as exercise, just dancing to some of my favourite musicals with a great bunch of people. Helena is a brilliant instructor and always ensuring everyone has a great time during the class. I attend the in person class and do the online classes as well, thats how much I love it.

nicola young Buzz Gym is such an amazing place to train, the atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. Especially Ruby and Aaron they are absolutely brilliant! They’re always there to support you, motivate you, and push you to hit your goals. Their knowledge and experience really shine through, and they always know how to get the best out of people. What really stands out is how much they care. They’re constantly checking in, giving advice, and making sure everyone feels confident and challenged. Their work ethic is inspiring and makes every session so much better. It makes me look forward to going and working out every day. Classes with ruby are fun & also challenging, you’re garenteed to feel the benefits after. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel supported every step of the way, Buzz Gym (with Ruby and Aaron) is definitely the place to be!

Alex Snazell-Holding Great price per month as a student. Has all the necessities and a few extras that you need for general fitness. Slightly small, and I wish they would rerack and clean up at the end of each day. Coming in when they open (7am is a bit late in my opinion), its quite frequently messy. Not overly messy, but still.
