Hind Mrabet Excellent instructors, friendly and professional. They are also very flexible with the days and that makes it very easy to parents. In addition, my son, who has recently joined the team, enjoys very much his lessons and he feels very satisfied with the skills he is learning. They are very supportive and patient hence, I highly recommend this place for all stages of learning.

selina zaman TVAC Boot camp sessions have been challenging yet fun. I have seen fantastic results in a short period of time, I have joined since Nov 2012 and my monthly fitness tests have been improving every month, this has motivated me to continue on with these super fun classes. Professional, motivating and supportive instructors have giving me a new way of challenging myself and getting super fit in time for the New Year. Guess I cant wait for 2014 sessions to start which enables me to set myself some new goals for the coming summer. I strongly recommend these classes to each and every one, great change in breaking free from the gym and seeing some superb results by having fun sessions:-).

Sonia Kick boxing as such is the combination of two previously existing disciplines: Japanese karate and Western boxing. It is a contact sport that alternates boxing punches and martial arts kicks. . It is a great sport that combines strength, resistance and aerobic exercise, which makes it very complete and beneficial. Here in Basingstoke freestyle kickboxing there are classes for the smallest of the family to the oldest. When I went this Saturday and saw both children and adults practicing this sport, I was amazed. Steve is the teacher and he is a man with a lot of wisdom, respect, kindness and discipline. You can see that from the beginning there is a very good and healthy atmosphere and among all the students there is unparalleled respect. I 100% recommend that anyone, regardless of age, sign up for this kickboxing school. My 14-year-old daughter left her first class super motivated and wants to continue at all costs. If you have come to read up to this point, it is because you are really interested in taking classes at this school. Basingstoke freestyle kickboxing is the number one school. Do not look and sign up for this school

Molly Newland This gym felt like luxury to me. There’s so much equipment, all of which is great quality. It’s all spaced out nicely and doesn’t feel cramped. Everywhere is so clean and modern, including the changing rooms. The staff are very welcoming and the entire atmosphere made me feel happy. There’s an immediate good vibe here, I really like it. Also the air quality/air conditioning in this gym is of high quality!!

John OHare Love this gym ... staff are friendly, equipment is absolutely top notch and I really like the way the gym is separated into consecutive rooms of cardio machines, cable machines, and free weights / bench / press with studios upstairs. Its a great set-up, and NO annoying music. I didnt have classes in my 2 week visitors membership, but was very impressed with the Neo-Tokyo neon spin room. I got in 6 great workouts over my 2 weeks in town and loved it. Ill definitely be signing up again to keep the middle-aged-man-ceps happy next time Im in the UK to visit my Mum. Thanks to all the staff & fellow fitness fans at 5 Star for being awesome.
