Instead of worrying about keeping the gym clean, making the bathrooms accessible — which are always dirty — and ensuring the availability of towels, he just creates discomfort for the regular customers of the gym, which is already one of the most disgusting in Windsor

1 /5 Sunny S: Good gym and the staff are friendly, but the filming situation is ridiculous. People setting up tripods and recording workouts constantly, catching other members in the background without consent. I’ve asked multiple times not to be in people’s videos and they still carry on filming. It’s uncomfortable and unacceptable. A gym should be a private space, people are here to train, not end up on someone’s social media. Being filmed makes the gym feel unsafe for a lot of people, including those with anxiety or who’ve experienced domestic abuse. Management really needs to step up and ban tripods and filming altogether.

1 /5 Stuart Batchelar: The gym mentions can be flexible with pausing membership, yet reality is different and turns out not very flexible. Payment failed and had no contact for 2 weeks. First email threat of debt collector. How about speak to your customers first to find out what the issue is rather than lay down threats. Would also like to point out as in other reviews showers more often than not dirty, and the equipment is certainly getting on a bit, expect more for the money being charged and customer service needs to be worked on for sure.

1 /5 Hasbo: This is by far the worst snap fitness I have visited so far. Towels are often running out, the machines are old, showers are out of order, and when working they often do not have soap. This benefits from being one of the very few decently priced gyms in the area and is still too much at this price point.
