Shahzad Mohammed I’ve been training at One Mission MMA for a while now and it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and push you to your limits — whether you’re training for competition or just trying to get in shape. The atmosphere is welcoming and all egos are left outside the gym. Classes are structured, intense and full of practical techniques. Everyone from beginners to advanced fighters get the attention they need. It’s more than a gym—it’s a community that breeds discipline, strength and growth. It would be great if the gym could maybe running more classes late on the weekend. A special mention to Mollie, who has been an absolute superstar! George and the team create such a positive and supportive environment, making sure every child feels encouraged while learning proper technique and discipline.
