Stephanie Charman Both my children (almost 12 and 9) love Blaze and joining is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made. It’s especially true for my son Luke who has a diagnosis of autism. He started just after he turned 7 and wasn’t sure at first but he quickly gained in confidence and started to have fun during his lessons. The brilliant support and understanding from Justyn and the coaching team has been invaluable for us. Training towards grading is very important to Luke as he likes to have goals and targets, and a new belt is such an accomplishment for him with all his difficulties. His special needs can make any activities challenging but Kickboxing and the Blaze team have truly revolutionised his daily life: even the school has noticed a massive change in Luke in the last 12 months as he now enjoys PE (he didn’t before), has gained in confidence across the board and is showing improvement with coordination and balance. I would recommend Blaze (and I have many times) to any child with or without special needs. Thank you!!

Natalie Dewberry I have been joining Amanda for Pilates online for just over 2 years. I find the Monday evening session very enjoyable and relaxing. I work in an office and spend a lot of time at my desk, so I look forward to my session with Amanda. I always feel I have had a good stretch and a work out after the session and the next day! The online sessions work perfectly for me, as I find it difficult to get motivated to go out again once I am home from work. My only regret is I whish I had joined her classes a lot sooner!

Karima Tarkhan The staff and the coaches are friendly and always happy to help. Feedback and support is always given in every session. The kids are getting rewarded for their efforts and achievements with stickers and certificates. My kids love it and are always happy to go there.

Theresa Tuckwell A lovely community gym with a very friendly atmosphere where you never feel judged. It’s a great place to catch up over coffee, and there is a lots of variety classes and workouts. Isaac and Sophie, who run the business, are incredibly professional and approachable. Highly recommend!

Lukey Ward Highly recommended gym, coaches are very attentive, knowledgeable and have become great friends since I’ve been there. A real gym community and a place to mark friends for life. A great to start a journey or build on existing foundations.
