Hayley Orchard Amazing gym my oldest daughter has been going a year and a half and her two sisters started this year.. all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The trainers are extremely hard working and go above and beyond to put my girls at ease. They are very patient and always take the time to go over things until the girls understand and get the technique right.. its given them so much confidence and they absolutely love going to their classes.. Id highly recommend Nemesis I wouldnt send my children anywhere else..

Tommy Channell Brought my eldest when he was 12. 2 years later he is a different person. Confidence is off the charts. There’s always plenty of adult supervision, it’s a safe environment for the kids. More than anything it’s surrounding them with positive role models. This is a proper club and everyone feels part of the BJJ community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Roopam Bhachu Great fun HIIT classes with Rav! Good mixture of exercises, great for all fitness levels including beginners. Rav coaches the class great and motivates throughout taking the time to demonstrate each exercise with options to intensify or slow down the exercise. Would definitely recommend to join.

Sophia Jackson Lovely lady called Lianda who works here helped me and my friend with swimming lessons for our kids, she understood we would like them to be in the same class as they both are very shy and being together would encourage one another. Lianda was a super star even with being very booked up she managed to sort this out for us both. happy kids and happy parents. Definitely recommend this member of stuff she is so polite and easy to talk to.
