5 /5 Sophia Jackson: Lovely lady called Lianda who works here helped me and my friend with swimming lessons for our kids, she understood we would like them to be in the same class as they both are very shy and being together would encourage one another. Lianda was a super star even with being very booked up she managed to sort this out for us both. happy kids and happy parents. Definitely recommend this member of stuff she is so polite and easy to talk to.

1 /5 Chloe Kemp: Extremely unclean, toilets always blocked and overflowing , staff are not freindly and have no time for customers , rubbish , nappies , gum all present in Changing rooms ! There constantly advertising for lifeguards but continually get rid of qualified lifeguards who are more than capable , I think management needs updating as there the only people who seem to stay the same and yet its evident there pulling the site down !

1 /5 sarah balid: Beware!! Do not sign up!!. This is the absolute worst gym I have ever been to. What a horrible manager and terrible customer service. They scammed me into a 12 month fixed contract saying i could cancel within 1 month. Turns out i couldn’t and ended up paying for an ENTIRE year when all I wanted was 2 months. What made it worse was how they handled the issue saying I am a liar and that their member of staff could not have said I could cancel it when she absolutely did. In my entire life I have not come across a worse manager and customer service. In addition, you would be lucky to book a class as they are always booked and there is not enough classes. Classes are mostly tailored for elderly clients so not suitable for all age groups. I rate it as a 0/10 experience overall from the facility to the customer service.

1 /5 Chelsy Otuka: Staff were very rude!!! I was swimming in the leisure centre and the some of the lifeguards were completely disrespectful! Giving me rude looks and ignoring me when i had an inquiry, its like they werent even paying attention to the swimmers either. I also booked lane swimming with my friend and then we both had to go to the teaching pool because "management" said we booked that, Its was a nightmare, very small pool for me and my friend, hated the experience!!!!!

1 /5 Sparky sparks: *My Sunday Swim* A ridiculously inadequate & irritatingly reduced sized 17metre adult pool ! That is much too small for adult sports lane swimmers. Over crowded with screaming, noisy Kids that are well over subscribed for this small sized sports centre. Its rather inferior and rough in general. Cant Recommend.
