Jo Dale Ford LOVE this gym. I started out doing lots of classes, which are brilliant. Great trainers, good music, and fun but they also really push you and give you good instruction. I massively increased my fitness in my first year there. Then I started working with a Personal Trainer (Luke - who is amazing, highly recommend). Worked with Luke for a year and he helped me to get confident in the gym, using the machines and strength training. Its been transformational for me, Ive always been daunted about using an actual gym, but now Im in 4-5 days per week mainly doing my own thing and getting stronger and fitter all the time. Its also such a nice community and Ive met loads of people. Its a VIBE. Did I mention I love it?! Thanks MAD x

Andrei Moroșan The staff is friendly and the gym is quite clean. All good if you are looking for a comercial gym. Honestly, not impressed by the equipment (mostly Matrix machines – it could definitely be better). The locker policy was really off-putting since you have to buy a lock just to secure it. The bathrooms are filthy! £12 for a day pass feels way too expensive for what you get.

Jenny G Lucy is a star! Very helpful gym staff. I couldnt work out how to pay on the app. Lucy patiently sorted it out for me. Im not even a gym member. She is very kind and helpful.

Sian Li My son has been coming for the last 3.5 years and we are very happy with the club. The coaches are very attentive and tailor teaching to the age group. The whole club is friendly and has a great family feel. Would definitely recommend!

Andy Hammond Paid for a membership in 2023, and the offer was £12.99 a month for a year. I’ve seen more of this gym on google maps than an actual building! Puregym have not responded to my emails, so hopefully they respond here….. Is this Sidcup puregym ever opening? If not please send over my refund.
